Lynn Vaughn
Emerald Master 14 year Medallion Member 
Lynn was born and raised in Vancouver and spent many summers at the family cabin in White Rock. Lynn, her husband Terry, and their two children moved to the area in 1982.
She did accounting (her own home business) until she started real estate in 1987. She has been a Medallion member for 14 years (top 10% of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board). As well as residential sales, Lynn has townhouse project experience and has been involved in residential land development.
Lynn's contact base is past clients, referrals from family/friends/clients in White Rock, the Lower Mainland, and across Canada. She treats her clients with understanding and loves to succeed in finding the right property for them.
Her other interests are gardening, exercise, and most of all, her two grandchildren. She is also a past board member of Peace Arch Community Services.
